Agape Outreach Homes provides housing and care for men with severe persistent mental illness. We serve 24 adult men through education/training at the home on all daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, medication management, etc.), and partner with a psychosocial rehabilitation program (PSR) that offers classes about their mental illness, coping skills, and much more.

E.M Jellinek Center is a therapeutic residential community that provides a clean, nurturing environment where clients with substance abuse or co-occurring disorders can receive treatment to help insure freedom from the devastating cycle of addiction and achieve a successful transition to healthy, independent living. We offer long term residential treatment in a home-type setting that is designed to address the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual dysfunctions of persons involved in a substance abusing lifestyle.

Oxford Houses
Oxford Houses are safe, supportive housing options for adults at least 18 years old who are in recovery from alcohol abuse and/or drug abuse. Individuals must be motivated to live in a disciplined, supportive, alcohol- and drug-free living environment and able to gain employment or receive some type of legitimate financial assistance. Residents pay a weekly fee that includes rent, utilities, cable, and internet connection. The fee varies between $80 and $110 per week, depending on the location.
Additional Mental Health or Co-Occurring Housing:
Community Supportive Housing: The Community Supportive Housing program provides flexible funding to agencies to provide supported housing for adults who are diagnosed with mental illness and co-occurring disorders. As part of the support services provided, staff is hired by contract agencies to provide on-site supervision for the residents and as-needed supervision to non-supervised group homes and apartments. Staff members also coordinate outside activities for the residents and work one-on-one to develop a housing plan that identifies the consumer’s ideal housing goal and the steps needed to achieve more independent living. Depending on facility needs, these funds can also cover other program expenses such as utilities, food, transportation, etc.
